Amani is an excellent acupuncturist and has helped me tremendously with my shoulder recovery and my back pain PMR Brewster is terrific

PMR - the acupuncturist at PMR NYC and CT is absolutely stellar and has help me with several different injuries from lower back pain to plantar fasciitis - i highly recommend this business which is highly professional and well run with awesome staff

This is not your ordinary chiropractic care. It's chiropractic care and beyond! In addition to adjustments, Dr. Tilden uses a variety of modalities to target and treat the problem. I found his staff to be knowledgable and attentive. From the minute you walk into their building, you feel the positive energy! I'm so grateful my teenage son is being treated by Dr. Tilden for his herniated disc instead of having surgery. He felt an improvement right after the first session and thank God, he continues to feel better with the effective treatments. If you were told surgery is your only option, give Dr. Tilden a try first!!

I abuse my body. Injuries very old and new. Work out hard..heavy weights and my job extremely physical, repetitive and taxing. I’m a massage therapist and Ive pretty much worked every day for the last couple decades and I’m not young, so I have years of repetitive stress injuries. I could not do without the therapy I get here to keep everything under control. Amani(acupuncturist) is a life saver! I’m sure if I wasn’t working (haha-I wish) she would’ve completely cured me of all my physical ailments. As it is..she makes my pain levels bearable and I’m able to function and hopefully won’t need surgery.
