I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tilden and everyone that works for him. He is professional, knowledgeable, and just a good guy. I was recommended by a friend when I was experiencing serious flareups of two bulging discs in my back. After one visit, I already felt relief. I’m continuing with them once or twice a week going forward to help maintain and also work on other lingering issues.

Dr. Joe and Dr. Craig are both fantastic! I also have seen Dr. Imani here for acupuncture which was great - my first experience with acupuncture and had noticeable improvements after. Everyone in the office is very professional, friendly, and listens to your needs. I have chronic pains in my left side hip, shoulder, and traps mostly due to occupation and stress - Dr. Joe has helped me so much through his approach and adjustments! The variety of treatments and approaches here have helped me week to week - heat and stim have been really helpful too. Easy to schedule with and accepts insurance - giving peace of mind while trying to get relief! Was recommended here by my friends and would highly recommend!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Shay and I had such a great experience. I went in feeling extremely tight and uncomfortable, especially in my neck. After getting adjusted by Dr. Shay, I honestly never felt better. I had full range of motion in my neck again and felt immediate relief. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I’m so glad I went and will definitely be back

In a gym member I hurt myself and I love the idea of having a rehab facility in the same place as I workout at. Customer service is amazing and Dr.Shay works wonders!
