The best!!!! I've been coming to see Dr. Tilden and Dr. Joe for years whenever I'm in pain. I trust them and always feel relief when I leave. The whole staff is super friendly and awesome at what they do. Highly recommend!

PMR is the best physical therapy facility I have ever been to. I currently have an arm and shoulder injury and receiving treatment with Dr. Tilden. It all started before my first appointment with Christina, the schedule coordinator. She answered all my questions when I called and fit me in the next day!! She also made me feel I can trust this facility by just my interaction with her as she had such a warm, comforting, and friendly approach. The facility I used in the past would not fit me in for 4 weeks .. pretty unreasonable when your in so much pain you cant move your arm. When I arrived the next day for my appt, Dr. Tilden made me feel very comfortable, enough so that I agreed for him to treat me, which I do not have any male doctors and prefer females doctors due to my shyness. He has been wonderful.. he is very nice, patient, caring, supportive, and will tailor your therapy to your special requirements and needs. The office is very professional, clean, modern technology, and plays fabulous music. Their entire team are professional and nice... you feel welcome here... they have worked with me with my difficult schedule and was able to fit me in immediately for treatment for the next 2 months without hesitation. This is the place to go when you need physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture needs, etc... the best!!!! I will never try another facility again. I am so thankful for my neighbor, who they also treated successfully and referred me to PMR.

I started seeing Dr Tilden and Dr Joe and within 2 visits I feel so much better. The office is clean and the whole staff is very helpful. I have already recommended them to a few friends and will continue to. If your back hurts, do not wait, just call the office.

I cannot say enough good things about the amazing care and expertise that Dr. Tilden has provided me. He listens to my concerns and always makes me feel better after I see him for the treatments that I receive. The office is meticulously maintained and the two young women at the front desk couldn’t be any more helpful or courteous. I highly recommend Danbury Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. This office absolutely deserves a five star rating.
