When I first came in to PMR, my body was what one might call “ridden hard and put away wet.” 20 years of intense exercise had caught up to me and I struggled to get through the day without dealing with nagging pain. Since working with Craig, I’ve been able to turn back the clock and return to all of my hobbies pain free. Excellent people, excellent service would recommend to anyone!

I was not looking forward to physical therapy after my fall. After getting PT and adjustments from PMR in Danbury, I literally can't wait for my next appointment. I feel so amazing when I leave and I am starting to get stronger. Staff is friendly, it's clean and comfortable ( and they have an awesome music choice playing at all times). Dr. Tilden is amazing!
