Insurance Carriers We Accept

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident, worker’s compensation, personal injury, and most health insurance plans, including Medicare. We will submit claims to most insurance companies on your behalf. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our team will be happy to verify and explain your benefits before starting care.

*Unfortunately, we do not accept Fidelis (NY), Husky (CT), or Medicare/Medicaid Insurance.

Billing Policy

All billing questions can be answered by our exceptional Front Desk Staff. For further questions, please contact the main billing office at (203) 744-8014 and speak with Debra.

Your insurance benefits and eligibility will be explained to you at your first appointment so that all parties are clear regarding what treatments are covered. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be more than happy to answer any of your questions or concerns.

Appointments

Please give 24-hour courtesy when canceling or changing the time of your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will receive a no show fee.
