The team at PMR is fantastic. I have had neck and back pain for several years due to a car accident, and for years I was going to other Chiro’s, Physio’s, Massage and Acupuncture places in NYC, and not once did any other doctor or health care professional listen to what I was saying about my injuries. Within two visits here at PMR, I had X-rays done and was sent for an MRI, and within two weeks they had the correct diagnosis and an aggressive treatment plan pulled together. I am finally on a healing journey, and it is all thanks to the amazing team here at PMR!! 10 Stars!

Dr. Tilden saved my vacation!! I was visiting from California and needed a chiropractor so bad after work stress and long travel on the plane. His office got me in right away, and he provided excellent care. I can finally move again and enjoy my last vacation days. Definitely come see this guy!!
